All of the staff members were affable and decent. We stayed in the twin room with a third bed crammed inside and greatly enjoyed it. A kettle, climate control, and TV turned out to be good.

The location it offers is favourable, next to the Haram bus stops, Umrah and Somehow near al haram. There are silent rooms with good bathrooms.

Our room was decent size and silent and provided with good view, big window, for instance as expected. The location was good and lovely, we were a walking distance from the heart of Mecca.

The 24/7 shuttle service to Masjid al Haram was great for our family with kids. The hotel had a huge masjid in the bottom floor and free parking. Plenty of shops nearby.

During my stay at this hotel, I found the entrance, lobby, and downstairs area to be very comfortable and well-maintained. The hotel had convenient elevators, although they were a bit slow. The location was a bit far from the Haram, but the hotel provided a bus service to transport guests to and from there every half hour. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early. I appreciated the small store and coffee shop located in the lobby. Additionally, one of the floors had a clean and spacious Masjid with nice facilities.

The free shuttle service provided by Land Premium 1 was a lifesaver during my stay. It made traveling to and from Haram so convenient. The hotel's location was also great, with nearby grocery stores and bread sellers. The room itself was good and the reception staff were nice.

The staff were friendly and cooperative, always willing to assist. the hotel had a spacious mosque on the premises, making it convenient for guests to fulfill their prayers.

The WiFi was absolutely terrible during my stay. Despite staying for six days, it never worked and I had to rely on my own data, which ran out eventually.

The hotel provided a shuttle bus service to the main attraction, which was really convenient. the lobby was always clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The small convenience store in the lobby was a nice touch as well, making it easy to grab any necessities.

If your room was located near the elevators, it could get quite noisy and disrupt your sleep. the staff at the reception desk seemed to lack attentiveness and customer service skills.

Clean and well-designed hotel with private parking, a barber shop, and a shuttle bus service to Haram. The buses run every 15-20 minutes and the drive to Haram takes just over 5 minutes. The hotel also has a small grocery shop and hypermarket on-site. Amenities such as hair dryers and electric kettles are provided, and they offer a flexible check-out policy.
